I've saved heaps of time since upgrading to this app from the Chrome plugin. I love that I no longer have to manually: add tracking numbers, fulfill orders, input standard box dimensions, or type or look up HS codes for my international orders. It's all done automatically. I like that the app displays clearly whether the customer chose Parcel Post or Express Post, which means fewer mistakes on my end. And when I've had issues, the customer service has been very helpful. The app has already improved since I first installed it and keeps getting better.
