Dad Certified™ review for Ricemill | Fulfilment

I tested two Shopify apps which integrated with Australia Post MyPost Business. The Addition app and then Ricemill's app. Priced the same, both appeared good value for money but I actually had problems with both. However, the response time and quality of Ricemill's in app chat support was far superior and their willingness to improve their app is evident. It's a relatively new app but it does what it claims and they're adding improvements and features all the time. I decided to pay for the batch fulfil feature which is much faster and easier to use than the Addition app. My initial problem was a user error and they easily found the problem and solved it for me so I could get back to work. They have a place to submit improvement requests and I'm looking forward to making shipping even more streamlined with Ricemill. Thank you, highly recommend!
