If you're a business going online, Riskified is a MUST-HAVE Asset. We started solo without Riskified and had chargebacks that bit deep into our margins. Considering Shopify in general does not support Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, we could never win the chargeback case with our merchant provider. Thanks to Riskified, we no longer have to worry. They do a great job evaluating the transaction and if there is a Chargeback they get the funds back to you as promised. No Gimmicks, support is solid and this company is the best company I have ever dealt with in so many years. A HUGE sigh of relief for us. We can now focus on making money rather than risk losing it to fraudsters on the Internet. Pay the extra few percentages...in the long run it saves you stress and dreaded chargebacks. Great job guys!
