it says there is no designs and I can't find it anywhere
Once you install the app, it automatically creates a swatch design for you — you don't have to do anything. We've checked the logs, and everything looks fine for your store — the design was available in the app. Please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll help you configure the app.

Misleading. The app is not Free. No Pricing plans listed, when you download, you cannot use the app without paying for a subscription.
