Dont use, very expensive products inside and you cant sell anything, Best is buy same product from Amazon its 70% cheaper and ship it to customer. Also they Fake RTO. Total scam. Dont know why Shopify is allowing this scam company in.

Worst app ever... When I tried it on starting days whenever I push an product to shopify it shows 'suscssful' but when I check on Shopify the product wasn't added and now whenever I try to push products on Shopify it shows "product could not push. Please try again" I tried on high speed network and much more but problem did not fixed.

Very poor services showing one products image and delivered very poor qulity of products customer shouting and still return not accepted customer money not returned, So do not belive them . If you want to sell product 1st take one sample then do the bussines with them. Very disappointing experience. I used Roposo’s delivery service for dropshipping, but the service quality was poor. Two of my orders are still undelivered, and the pickup process is extremely slow, which directly affects customer trust. There is no proper or timely communication regarding delays. Customers keep asking for updates, but there is nothing clear to share from Roposo’s side. The worst part is that return charges are applied to the seller even when delays are caused by Roposo’s delivery process. Sellers end up bearing the losses, while the platform continues to make its profit. This is not a reliable or sustainable service for serious dropshippers. I have uninstalled the service and will be sharing my experience with others before they decide to collaborate.

Very bad I ask customer for why they cancelled it they told me that order were already delivered but roposo app marked it as rejected by customer and it gets RTO Shut Down your business if you cant handle it properly

Extremely poor experience with Roposo Clout. My store was blocked due to a “high cancellation rate” even though cancellations were done ONLY after customer refusal during COD confirmation calls, purely to avoid RTO losses. Out of 34 orders, only 3–4 were cancelled at the customer’s request. Despite explaining everything clearly over email and app support, there is no transparency, no clear policy communication, and no definite timeline for resolution. Seller support is slow and decisions feel automated rather than case-based. This platform needs major improvement in seller support, fairness, and accountability. Not recommended for serious sellers.

If there is something less then 1 star I would like to give that to Roposo. Never trust these youtubers, they might be getting money from Roposo for promotion. They are frauds and will never deliver you product on time . I am struggling from past one week and I have no resolution from their stupid support team. My initial experience with Roposo itself is very bad. All my orders were delayed and never delivered on time. Worst experience, I lost so many customers because of their useless Delivery team. After complaining 3 times still my orders are not moving even though they are in the same city of delivery, but still their logistic is not delivering and If I call their Ekart partner for help or check they use abusive words.. very unprofessional attitude by Roposo. Highly disappointing. I will never recommend Roposo, we have much better and committed apps available instead use the.

Absolutely worst service by Roposo. They do scam on purpose. I've had around 50+ orders that have been scammed. Firstly, they send the product through a shady courier like Ekart and Delhivery. Then the delivery person delivers the product without any packaging or bill. The they update the status as Rejected by customer. Afterwards, when we call the customer, they say the product was delivered and they liked it. But roposo shows the status as RTO and hence deducts RTO charges. Out of every 100 orders, if 80 are delivered, atleast 30-40 would be scam by Roposo, marking them as RTO, even if they are delivered, and this would be on top of the other RTO orders that are really rejected by customer. Worst service by Roposo. We've lost huge amount cause of Roposo. Don't work with these platforms. Use your own personal supplier, that's best.

Worst Supplier Ever. Cant handle simple order deliveries. Super Slow and unprofessional support. NoOne cares about anything. They are just jokers with 0 business intellect. Customers are receiving empty packages and they don't even care.

MAJOR WARNING: ROPOSO CLOUT DROPSHIPPING IS A FRAUDULENT APP - READ BEFORE YOU INSTALL! I am writing this review after 6+ months of a nightmare partnership with ROPOSO CLOUT DROPSHIPPING. I am begging you, with folded hands, DO NOT waste your time, money, or your store's reputation on this app. I have lost significant amounts of all three. This isn't a one-off complaint. Read the other 1-star reviews—the RTO and delivery issues are systemic. But I need to show you the depth of their fraudulent operations and why appealing to their "support" is utterly pointless. My experience proves this company is untrustworthy, negligent, and engages in practices that will actively destroy your business. Here’s what happened to my store: Fraudulent RTO Marking & Theft by Delivery Agents: A delivery person delivered a defective product to my customer, took cash from them on the spot without providing a bill, and then fraudulently marked the order as RTO (Return to Origin) in ROPOSO's system. The Result: My customer was furious, having paid for a broken item. I had to issue a full refund to maintain any shred of credibility. Because ROPOSO's system showed it as an RTO, I was charged hefty RTO fees for an order that was delivered. Despite providing proof and pleading with their so-called "Operations Manager" and "Key Account Manager," they refused to reverse the fraudulent charges. They simply do not care. Complete Lack of Supplier Vetting (They Harbor Scammers): When one supplier goes out of stock, ROPOSO automatically reroutes orders to another. They do not vet these suppliers. I had a batch of 15-20 orders with a new vendor. Five orders were "delivered," and all five customers received completely wrong or fake products. The Result: Imagine your customers, expecting a specific item, opening their package to find cheap, irrelevant junk. My store's trustworthiness was decimated overnight. ROPOSO's response to this catastrophe was apathetic at best. You Pay for Their Failures: Even when a product is defective (THEIR supplier's fault) and returned, they charge YOU an "RVP" (Return Value Penalty) fee. You are financially penalized for their incompetence and their suppliers' fraud. Conclusion: ROPOSO CLOUT DROPSHIPPING is a dangerous liability. They: Allow fraudulent activity by their partners and delivery networks. Refuse to take responsibility when their system fails. Penalize you financially for problems you did not create. Destroy customer trust in your brand, which is impossible to rebuild. You are far better off sourcing products yourself from a legitimate wholesaler and using a reputable 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) service. The initial effort is higher, but you retain control, quality, and your reputation. With ROPOSO, you risk losing everything. Save your business. Avoid this app at all costs.

products are good but, highly disappointed with the quality of Shipping Service, delivery rate is less than 10% in our previous campaign, products were marked as RTO and left Undelivered even when customers were waiting for the products, had raised concerns in customer support many times which didn't help much, most of what ever profit i got out of delivered products is adjusted to RTO charges and have left with almost nothing. i understand we can't expect 100% Delivery rate at the same time Delivery less than 10 % is not acceptable, hopefully somebody from the concerned team will take care about and make sure not keep up the same pattern of being non responsive Finally uninstalling the app as there is no sign of improvement from ROPOSOs end

worst app i had seen never seen before 1) Delivery guy himself asks to cancel, 2) They marked the RTO even when order is delivered. Both cases you lose money Not sure how 217 people have got to give it a 5 star rating. My experience with ROPOSO: Plus points: 1) Ease of use to install and add product with whatever margin you want, you just need to do small edits in product page Rest of the points: But business model is not only this, 2) Products are costly, more than what even Amazon/ Flipkart are selling for When I just started with them, I got two of my relatives to order from my store. 3) For first order, the delivery agent himself asked to cancel the order, giving random reason such as suggesting there is a possibility that the package may have stone in it. 4) For second order, We received the order, and I am using the product.. and guess what.. it is marked as 'RTO' in their system. So essentially, for this order I have paid the margin and now the rto charges also to ROPOSO. After following up for more than 15days, they asked to send the picture of invoice, which I dont have now.. Why the burden of proof is to a Marketer, if there is an RTO, the order should be with them, right? This is when I have the product, consider how much money you are going to spend on marketing for them, to just cheat you and your customer. If this is not scam, what is? There are lot of paid influencer who are pushing ROPOSO services suggesting if you will scale, you will be able to breakeven and then make profit even if RTO is 60%, but its a futile exercise.. cause you have to also keep on finding winning products every 15days/ a month, and then put most of your energy you are just supporting an unethical business.

Suppliers or sellers are never verified. most of the suppliers are selling only fake products, the prices are also high compared to others. for example prices are equal to amazon and flipkart, infact higher at some scenarios. dont ruin your brands reputation.

Kindly, Save yourself from a con app. Ropso is one of them. I tried Dropshipping for the 1st time and got conned by it. I would advice the users to read the comments and reviews before installing any app.
