I’m sorry for the confusion. We are always happy to refund if you are not satisfied with the app, and we have already issued a refund for your payment. To clarify this further, we never charge for any period when the app is not installed. The $15 charge was for the billing cycle July 19 - August 18, when the app and subscriptions were active.
