Amazing app and amazing service! 10x better than AfterShip which is what we had tried before this. Def recommend to any store for an amazing post-purchase experience.

An amazing app that your customers will love. Sure, the tracking page is a great feature but for us, that is not the best part of the app. It will give you so much great data and possibilities to create amazing custom flows that will help you increase LTV!

The Rush app is great and most importantly, the support team is phenomenal. Their staff has truly gone above and beyond in helping set up email flows, tracking pages and accommodated lots of customization requests from my end. Could not have asked for more!

Really love this app, it is the best shipping/tracking app I have ever used and the features are 10x better and more advanced than my previous one. The customer service team is also amazing and will help with anything you need in a timely manner.

The team at Rush App went above and beyond the call of duty. When asked for a workflow to tie into my email system Klaviyo, they responded and acted on it. Not only did they meet my expectations, but exceeded it when configuring a very important business function- notify us when an order is damaged or lost during shipping, so we can get ahead of customer service.

Glad to have it! Easy to set up, works great with other apps and the sleek style is an added bonus. Their customer support staff is awesome and helps us out whenever we encounter an issue or have a general question. Also, saves us a lot of trouble from the customer side of the tracking progress. All in all, will use for future stores and for anybody wondering, make sure to grab it :)

The app has a lot of potential especially with the branded tracking page and integration with Klaviyo. We faced a number of tracking issues in the beginning and reached out to support to see if they could be resolved. Support was very responsive in resolving this promptly.

This app is the best app when it comes to shipment tracking. Where other apps are bulky and take more space this APP is versatile, simple, and absolutely powerful. But the most fascinating aspect of this app is the stellar customer service. To the point and ready to always help you to the best of their abilities. You really could not ask nor can you get an app like this anywhere. Kudos, guys for being the very best!

We've been using the Rush app for a couple of months now after making the switch from another order tracking app. The team was incredibly helpful with getting set up for us and continues to monitor our store to ensure we are taking advantage of the new features. The RUSH team is super helpful and responsive to all of our request and queries! We have installed an order tracking widget on our stores and it has helped us to reduce the amount of emails sent to our CS asking about the whereabouts of their parcels. Overall, super good experience will recommend!

They still have some things to improve, but you know what's good? They improve fast. :) I like their team, very friendly and always ready to help. Lots of custom things you can do yourself, so that's one of their advantages. keep going!

The app is amazing. It solves such a huge problem. It helps customers to be informed of what is happening with their orders during the whole shipment. Which helps to reduce disputes and chargebacks. We all know this is a huge problem for all merchants.
