I have been using Whiplash fulfillment for my company GiantMouse Knives for several years now. Based on my experience, I have brought on Whiplash for my second company (carpediemedc.com). The team at my Whiplash shipping facility is amazing, and incredibly responsive to any and all issues that arise with shipping product to customers. And Heather and the rest of the customer service team at Whiplash HQ is always there to help resolve anything that my local shipping team can't.

I've been using the Whiplash App and fulfillment service for over 2 years now. I am currently using the DogPatch, San Francisco warehouse location for Whiplash, and could not be happier with the service provided there. Ray at DogPatch Whiplash is over the top excellent with staying on top of every little issue that pops up from time to time whether it be on the customer order side of things or on the inventory side of things. With Whiplash and the DogPatch warehouse handling all of our product fulfillment needs, I am free to focus on all of the other areas of the business that need my attention.

Completely changed our business for the better. Friendly customer service, incredible hands on warehouse managers (who have taken the time to get on the phone to work out issues and discuss growth), extremely patient with setup and helpful at each step of the way. A year later my partner and I (who spent a decade boxing our own orders and using our houses and office as a warehouse) have been bag, box, and shipment free - trusting whiplash to take care of the (literal) heavy lifting, and its free'd us up to focus on our business and creative endeavors. Love this team.

Whiplash is excellent! We’ve been using them since from day 1 of launching and I couldn’t be happier with how we’ve been able to scale with their technology. The Shopify integration is phenomenal, and their friendly staff is there to help out whenever you run into any issues. Customer service is high on our priority list for our customers, and the Whiplash team has been ever so flexible and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend them for your fulfillment needs. Thank you Whiplash!

Working with Whiplash has been a great experience. The Whiplash back-end has all the technology in place that you need. An intelligent interface, full access to all your data, etc. But to me, the best part of my Whiplash experience so far has been their customer support. In my experiences in the Shopify app world, support is key for making your apps work for you and do the work that you need done. I had tons of up-front questions and the Whiplash support reps have been exceptional. Available and knowledgeable. Exactly what you want when you have that burning question. Highly recommended!!

Working with Whiplash has been easy, I use their warehouses in USA and UK. When I've needed their help, their customer service team have been responsive (by email and messaging). Often when I've needed help it's been to get a report which I've later learned is available on the web-portal. Before working with Whiplash I had terrible experiences with 2 other fulfillment services, I've been with them for over a year now, I'd choose them again.

Whiplash has provided excellent service in every facet of their operation. We did a lot of research before we decided that Whiplash had the best features and services for our Shopify shop. A superb solution for small manufacturers like us who also sell their items at retail. We literally could not do this without Whiplash. From receiving, to warehousing, to organization, to CS, to fulfillment and even returns, they handle everything with ease.

Whiplash has been instrumental in the growth of the two shops that I run on Shopify. Both are using Whiplash warehousing and fulfillment. It's seamless, easy, customer service is readily available, everything is so easy. There is literally no way I would be in the position I am in now without Whiplash services. Highly recommended, cannot be stated more enthusiastically! A++++

Whiplash is amazing. They have transformed our business, and I can't thank them enough. Their customer support is very quick to reply, and they are just great at what they do. It was a little scary at first when we decided to ship our inventory to another company that we did not know much about. But I am so glad we did. The admin pages can be a little confusing sometimes, especially when you first start working with them, but like I said, their customer support is excellent and ready to answer any questions that you may have. If you are not currently using whiplash to manage your inventory and handle shipping your orders, then you are missing out on a top notch service that is dedicated to helping you succeed. Thank you so much Whiplash. We are big fans.

We have been very pleased with Whiplash and would highly recommend to other companies! James is fair, honest and very hard working, as is the rest of the wonderful Ann Arbor team. We can always count on Whiplash to help us in a pinch and to follow through as promised.

The entire team at Whiplash has been fantastic since the first day we started working with them. Their service is impeccable and are always willing to help by promptly answering emails and phone calls. Outsourcing our shipping needs to them has been of great help as our business continues to grow. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free well ran fulfillment service.

If you run a business that has inventory in a warehouse that you have shipped to customers, you want to use Whiplash. Great rates, amazing service, plus great packaging and handling of your merchandise. They handle the product, so you can focus on marketing and running your business. Whiplash has been awesome to work with. We were very hesitant to let an outside company fulfill our pre-orders, but Whiplash have done a great job. We've worked with them for 6 months now and have no complaints. In fact, we have much praise for them. They are not a faceless company with uncaring employees. They are the exact opposite. Any questions we've had have been promptly and intelligently answered. Issues with returned packages are addressed right away, and not forgotten part way through when a multi-step solution is required. Plus, their vinyl album mailers are indestructible. We've had no damaged in shipping issues that were not obviously the fault of the carrier. Plus, James and crew are all super nice to work with. Highly recommended!

Whiplash has been very helpful in getting my products to my customers. They have not yet missed an order to any of my customers. I had quite a few questions when getting set up and James, the CEO was very helpful and answered my questions directly. I think my company challenged them a bit with far larger than normal packages and worldwide shipping destinations but with a little tweaking and support they have adapted and everything is working automatically now. My company is located in Canada and shipping out of the USA saves my customers money. If you don't want to do your own shipping then I'd recommend using whiplash!

Whiplash has been a very pleasant surprise. The simplicity, speed, and reliability of their operation is unmatched, and I've either used or evaluated almost every other fulfillment service out there. Please don't use Whiplash if your Shopify store is in competition with mine, because then I would lose the competitive advantage that Whiplash provides. If, on the other hand, you are selling something completely different than I am, and if you want to save money and time while having a totally pleasant experience, then you might want to give them a try.

We've been using Whiplash for our fulfillment for over a year now. It's been absolutely fantastic. It's a great company run by real, actual (and super nice) people that have helped us out with every odd, unique situation we threw their way. Totally recommended.

We have been working with James and the team from whiplash for many months and are continuously impressed with their hands on approach. The are partners in the truest sense of the word and treat our customers as their own and its feels great. This app is a great example of how they are continuing to push forward and offer a great service.
