Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

To clarify, our email automation system will send review requests for orders where the customer's email is verified through Shopify. However, to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues, we do not send review request emails for orders where the email is not verified. We understand how important it is to keep your review requests consistent, and we're here to help troubleshoot any specific cases where emails might not be sent as expected.
