Unfortunately, our experience with your support has been disappointing, and we’ve faced multiple issues without timely or effective resolution. Additionally, we find your XML file plan to be unreasonably priced, especially when compared to alternative platforms. Judge.me offers a far more affordable and user-friendly solution, which better aligns with our business needs and expectations.
