It might be due to our theme but I struggled to get the Rich Text from the reviews to work. In addition the lack of existing language translation to Swedish and the missing feature of sending emails to customers with orders before the email automation was configured will probably lead to finding another app that fulfill our requirements. Otherwise it seem like a good app.

We can request access and assist with setup. Our app currently does not support sending emails to customers with past orders before app installation or email automation setup due to resource constraints. We may consider adding this feature in the future if it fits our development plans. We sincerely appreciate your suggestions and look forward to another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
