5 Sterne - Einfach unschlagbar! Heartcoding Sales & Discounts hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Die App ist intuitiv und leistungsstark, sodass ich meine Rabattaktionen im Handumdrehen erstellen und verwalten kann. Aber was mich wirklich begeistert hat, ist der Support. Norbert ist ein absoluter Rockstar! Er hat mir bei jeder Frage blitzschnell und unglaublich freundlich geholfen. So einen tollen Kundenservice findet man selten. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden Shopify-Shop! English: 5 Stars - Simply unbeatable! Heartcoding Sales & Discounts exceeded my expectations! The app is intuitive and powerful, allowing me to create and manage my discount campaigns in no time. But what really impressed me was the support. Norbert is an absolute rock star! He helped me with every question incredibly quickly and in an incredibly friendly manner. Such great customer service is rare to find. An absolute recommendation for every Shopify store!

STAY AWAY. I lost all my sales prices (around 500) and I had to spend 8 hours during the night time to input before and after prices again, product by product. Furthermore, there are no kind of support during weekens, no chat box - nothing
Dear Octopus Denmark, thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We are really sad you had a bad experience with our app but unfortunately you obviously did not notice the information pop up which occurs before starting the first campaign to inform new customers exactly how our product works. Furthermore we did not receive any email from you regarding your problem. As you can read in many other reviews we of course are available on weekends and work 24/7. It is really sad that the first contact / info from you was the negative review without giving us a chance to help you. We really would love to hear back from you an answer to our last emails. Love this app - it makes setting compare at price a breeze and for minimal cost. The banners and countdown timers are an added bonus, as are the sale labels. We replaced our theme defaults with the ones in this app. Well worth the price and support has been super fast to help with customizations.

The Heartcoding Sales & Discounts app is THE app for setting up, planning and executing campaigns/discounts. Despite missing the function to discount already discounted items within a collection of mixed products of nonsale items and already discounted items, their support team and especially Norbert W. is a STAR. To set up this kind of campaign, it requires more manual work outside their basic support, but still Norbert has helped us out many times.

It's super easy to create foolproof campaign set-up with sales & discounts. Creating customizable top/bottom bar or product page timer is amazing that shows to the customer "sales will end soon, so get it now!". I recommend using sales & discounts!

Wonderful experience for my store! I used it with a lot of filter options and parallel campaigns and it was very fast. The countdown timer is super for FOMO!

A very easy to use discount app with easy to understand options and customisation. Our site uses an old theme version with extensive customisation at a category level. Despite that, the app worked approx. 95% out of the box. For the remaining 5% I reached out to support and despite it being a weekend they got straight back to me and provided custom support without charge and without delay. Very happy.
