Hello, What is the support team's email? Please give us a refund of the money that we've paid. It said on the plan selection page that we have 7 days free trial, but we were forced to choose the plan for 9.99 dollars for 30 day. We haven't used it, it appears that the app is not suitable for our purpose.

This app has been an incredible time saver for instore sales, especially when items are offered at various discount prices AND because we have a very small staff. For our online sales, the additional touches of virtual "discount stickers" plus the countdown clock, have added much needed visuals to encourage buyers to make their purchases. Thank you!
