La aplicación es mala. Después de un tiempo, apareció un cupón que no podía desinstalar y cuando entraba a la app decía que todo estaba "apagado". No hubo ayuda por parte de servicio a cliente, tuve que eliminar la app y no encuentro el descuento que se sigue aplicando.

Not happy with this app.. for some reason there was automatically put an discount of 5% at our products.. we lost per sale €17!!!! We did not installed this, when you deleted this.. a day later it was created again. Be carefull when you use this app!

Customer service is non-existent and they do not have a live chat. The app has bugs, which harms the checkout experience for potential customers! I emailed them and even provided video proof, they never got back to me

I'm going to leave a review since it's mandatory to get help! If you have a problem with the application, sophia asks you to leave a positive review and to send them the screen screnn before even finding a solution to the problem. I don't recommend this app or the customer service behind it.

The app is faulty and no support. When setting a discount of 10%, it automatically reduces it by 20%.

Not sure how anyone who has left a review has contacted anyone with this app but after 3 emails, scheduling a demo and sitting waiting for someone for 15 minutes, I am very disappointed that there is absolutely no one working for this app. I sent multiple chat messages and they always said we're not available, send an email. If you are the developer, please contact me. Update 7.16.24 - I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars as the developer has been in contact and has made some great changes. This slide cart is perfect and am very thankful for all of their assistance in a great app!

This is a really valuable app. This app offers all features that we are looking for. We looked at few other cart drawers and non of them offers all the feature this app offer. Support staff was able to answer my questions promptly. They even agreed to add some extra features requested by us!! Highly recommend.
