Very easy to set up and install. Was able to add a button to my thank you page which links to the "withdraw from your contract" form - for new EU legislation! Technical support was very quick - as I had forgotten to enable the app under the Checkouts in Settings and it was not displaying correctly for me - super easy fix, and Carmine was very helpful

Terrific app for our use case: we need to add a button to the thank you page to take users to our app if they bought specific products. I've suggested a couple of enhancements that would make it even MORE perfect for us. They've already implemented one of them (adding an attribute to the forwarding URL of the button.) I'm hoping they'll be able to do another related to button color. Outstanding Customer Support as well.

I was trying to use this for specific purchases in my store. I needed some help, and CS was extremely helpful in resolving the issues I was having.

They helped me with my question on the surveys very fast and politely!

It's been 24 hours and no one is responding to my inquiries and concerns. The app is not working. You guys should improve your customer service channel.

We wanted a simple post purchase app and this one delivers even more!. We can now customize multiple post purchase offers based on customer criteria (cart totals, item bought, country, etc) and also include more offers or message options on the Thank you page. Jocelyn and the team at Salemate were always available to quickly help with any issues we had during implementation. They would also follow up to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommended app, simple to set up, comprehensive features, and superb customer service.
