Very disappointed. They charged us for the Urgency Countdown Timer Bar but we are not even using their app — it was just installed. Charging without proper usage is not fair at all. Would not recommend unless they fix this issue.

The app has been active on your site since September, which is why the charges were applied. If you decide not to use the app moving forward, you can uninstall it at any time.
