Love this App. It takes care of a huge need right off the shelf. We needed some customizations made and Ihnat (and team) were able to make it happen and basically same day - we asked on Friday so it was done on Monday. The core app is very user-friendly and so flexible with the ability to place the widgets anywhere via simple div script. Can't recommend this App enough!
While I ultimately couldn't use the app for my specific scenario, I am leaving a 5-star review purely for the integrity and helpfulness of the developer. We initially had some confusion over how Shopify handles refunds, and the developer explained the situation in great detail and with total honesty. They didn't just dismiss me; they followed through until the very end. If you are looking for an app backed by real people who care, this is it.

Julia and her team were very helpful in setting this up for us! We needed it to track charity donations for a set weekend and Julia helped add the icon to our code and integrate it with our webpage perfectly. Would recommend this app!
