Sales Motivator ‑ Free Gifts

Best APP for free gifts! I was searching for an app that would allow me to give a free gift to my customers if they bought a certain product or if their order value is above a certain threshold. I tried several apps before this but none of them gave the required results. And the best part about this was Adam (customer service) who was ready to fulfill all our questions at the very earliest.

I use PageFly to design my website and was struggling to find a free gift app that would work with PageFly. The tech support people with Sales Motivator were terrific! They went the extra mile to make sure Sales Motivator would work with my PageFly Product pages. It delivers exactly what I need. I couldn't be happier. I just loaded this app and seems to be working well so far. The setup was very easy. I had to reach out to support and Adam was able to help me very quickly and efficiently to make a modification that I needed for my shop. It is too new to see what ROI I will get on the app though.

Once again i had a very good time using this app! Its a very good customer service, and the app is great for selling more on shopify. Furthermore they can change the placement on request.

Was looking for an app that would help customers receive a free gift with purchase and the app actually place the item in the cart - this app does it the smoothest. It also allows you to customize the messaging. Customer service is great. I had a couple issues with the dates of my promotions not saving or changing dates when I hit save. Also it creates a duplicate item in your inventory, then changes that duplicate item's inventory. I foresee this allowing issues with inventory numbers.

I am using this app for free gifts and It's awesome. Plus the the customer service is so great and quick. Great experience.

This app has been great for adding free samples and gifts. The support team is excellent and was able to help with a few customisations and styling requests quickly.

The app is very useful but I recommend checking it after installation. They had to manually fix it on our website to work properly. For example, ask them what happens when a gift gadget is out of stock. The staff is very kind.
