Sales Motivator ‑ Free Gifts

Was looking for an app that would help customers receive a free gift with purchase and the app actually place the item in the cart - this app does it the smoothest. It also allows you to customize the messaging. Customer service is great. I had a couple issues with the dates of my promotions not saving or changing dates when I hit save. Also it creates a duplicate item in your inventory, then changes that duplicate item's inventory. I foresee this allowing issues with inventory numbers.

I am using this app for free gifts and It's awesome. Plus the the customer service is so great and quick. Great experience.

This app has been great for adding free samples and gifts. The support team is excellent and was able to help with a few customisations and styling requests quickly.

The app is very useful but I recommend checking it after installation. They had to manually fix it on our website to work properly. For example, ask them what happens when a gift gadget is out of stock. The staff is very kind.

A MUST-HAVE for stores who want to offer GWPs. It is very easy to set up and does its job well. There were some things to be fixed and the support team resolved them for me. Every time I contact the support team, they go the extra mile to make customizations.

I researched the complete universe of FREE GIFT apps, as such an app is core to our business model and advertising approach. This app is excellent with all the right features and functionalities to give merchants the right options, as well as customers an easy and user-friendly customer experience. With over 50% of our sales coming from mobile, it was critical that this also work from a mobile customer experience perspective . . . and it does so very nicely. I needed to have some adjustments made for the app to work seamlessly with our theme (Impulse) on web and mobile, and Adam (the Technician) provided fast and outstanding service to get everything done on time.
