I started using this app to give free gift over a certain purchase value but the customers can add this free product without any purchase due to some error in the app. I have highlighted this issue for last three days but no response. Multiple follow ups. moreover the app is buggy. It doesn't allow all design changes it claims it can which also i have highlighted since last 20 days. I am planning to remove it. and won't suggest anyone to use it. Sorry I gave the access but no changes were done expect continuous emails to me to remove the review. I am removing your app today as now it is even interfering with my checkout due to your code. Its lead to lot of abandoned carts since it impacted my checkout and also lot of fraud happened due to this app. sorry but I need to be truthful about your app.
We are so sorry about your frustration. Yes, we wrote you lot of emails about your problem, but we need your reply to help you fix it in your custom store. We are so sorry this app do not work for 100% together with other “free gifts” apps you have in your store. So please reply to our emails and we will help you exactly like we helped many merchants before. We see you still using this app. If you need you can uninstall it and we can refund you. We just started to use this app to run our promotion campaign, so far so good...We did not know much about the product detail at the beginning, but their developer Adam in support team gave us a lot of helps and always responded to our all kinds of questions on time.

Just installted the App and my gift was up an running within a few minutes. Adam from the support team was so helpful, I love that they have a live chat on their support team so you get your support immediately. Your really do not need to be techy to use this app.

The app is great if you're looking to include free gifts with purchases over a certain cart value. Technical support is also very responsive! We experienced some glitches, but Adam was able to resolve them within 24h of receiving our message.

This app crashed my website and even after uninstalling the app my customers were not able to view my products took us hours to fix and we are tech-savvy BE VERY CAREFUL if you download this app!

I'm waiting on more advanced features such as the ability to apply gifts to entire collections and setting your own gift box colour with hex codes but it does the job and support is fast and friendly.
Hello, at these days, we are working hard on these features. Hope, functionalities will be done until end of this month. UPDATE - This functionality is already done :)

It's pretty easy to use, we tried it for 3 days with a special offert to get a free gift when ordering a certain amount on our e-shop but we didn't set the time zone correctly so we had a small issue that the support service helped to fix. For next campaign we will definitely purchase this app.

I have this installed only a day but for far I'm delighted with it. I loved the look of it from the get go and its very good to do free gifts. I wanted to do layered gifts which it didnt quite know how to figure out but I wrote and voila, Adam sorted it for me for the next day. Super service. Thank you, Excited to know how it impacts my sales. Thank you.

Great app that does the job we want after having tested many apps, does not use draft order mode, which can be compatible with others apps! The only thing is that it duplicates the SKU, which we could manage with our logistics third party connector. Adam is of good support and can help customizing a few things :)
