Sales Motivator ‑ Free Gifts

It's pretty easy to use, we tried it for 3 days with a special offert to get a free gift when ordering a certain amount on our e-shop but we didn't set the time zone correctly so we had a small issue that the support service helped to fix. For next campaign we will definitely purchase this app.

I have this installed only a day but for far I'm delighted with it. I loved the look of it from the get go and its very good to do free gifts. I wanted to do layered gifts which it didnt quite know how to figure out but I wrote and voila, Adam sorted it for me for the next day. Super service. Great app that does the job we want after having tested many apps, does not use draft order mode, which can be compatible with others apps! The only thing is that it duplicates the SKU, which we could manage with our logistics third party connector. Adam is of good support and can help customizing a few things :)

Interesting to read all of the great reviews, because our experience was completely the opposite. Once you install the app, the code overwrites your existing theme template (there is no option to make changes prior to enabling the app -- it just automatically installs). We had so many glitches due to our website having more complex programming. The app interfered with 1) our newsletter pop-up and 2) our Add to Cart buttons. Initially, the Add to Cart button was duplicated on product listings i.e. 2 Add to Cart buttons appeared. When I notified Adam of this, he requested access and did something to "fix" the bug. Now, some of our product listings don't have the Add to Cart button at all. I reached out again, and he said, verbatim, "i check your issue for you but this app do not touch “add to cart” buttons in your store. This will be issue for your theme developer." He seemed to be communicative and timely on the first day I downloaded the app. After that, communication has been very lacking. Strongly recommend against installing this app if you have a more robust site.

Adam provided great customer service and the app is beautiful on my site! My website has had a lot of custom programming so the app did not work when it was first installed so I wrote an email to the support email and within less than 24 hours Adam helped me to get the app working on my site. The app is a bit pricey but offering gifts with purchase have helped us to get our average order value up. So we'll see with time if it really pays off but I think it does!

The biggest negative about this app - if your free gift sells out it will not deactivate the free gift offer automatically - this seems like an easy fix but the support team said the only answer is to manually deactivate the offer. I do not have the time to constantly watch my inventory and do not want to cause more work or issue for myself of my customers if I over sell a free gift.

his app really saved me. I was searching for an app that would allow me to give a free gift to my customers if their order value is above a certain threshold. I tried several apps before this but none of them gave the required results. But thank God, I found this app. And the best part about this was the quick and witty customers service who would are ready to fulfill all our doubts at the very earliest.

Just exactly what I'm looking for. Friendly app and fast customer support! This has been so far the easiest to use.

The support was great, I wish the product could be altered in the checkout section versus having to remove it and change it. But other than that its a good app.

This app doesn't give all the features it promises (ability for customers to choose size of free gift with live cart window being the main one that's absent), also completely stops working when upgrading to Pro version. Support is silent and explanations on the customization site are basically bad english.

It does what i need - like the gift auto added to the cart! Adam is great and when had an issue with my theme fixed it in no time. He checked back again to make sure all was good.
