The app's live assistant, Adam, was super helpful with requests. He responded to each question extremely fast. The app itself has also been a good solution to some of Shopify's limitations.

App is very easy to use and when I had some problems (just minimal stuff) I got help very soon and Adam is quick to fix things up. Very good app and definitely the clients are loving the free gifts. 100% Recommended!

Very easy to use, great app and even better support. Only thing I would suggest is being able to select collections on cart total otherwise love it.

This is by far the best app for free gifts. Plus the support team is awesome. I had a little bug so they fixed it in very quickly and now it's working peferctly fine! I highly recommend

Interesting to read all of the great reviews, because our experience was completely the opposite. Once you install the app, the code overwrites your existing theme template (there is no option to make changes prior to enabling the app -- it just automatically installs). We had so many glitches due to our website having more complex programming. The app interfered with 1) our newsletter pop-up and 2) our Add to Cart buttons. Initially, the Add to Cart button was duplicated on product listings i.e. 2 Add to Cart buttons appeared. When I notified Adam of this, he requested access and did something to "fix" the bug. Now, some of our product listings don't have the Add to Cart button at all. I reached out again, and he said, verbatim, "i check your issue for you but this app do not touch “add to cart” buttons in your store. This will be issue for your theme developer." He seemed to be communicative and timely on the first day I downloaded the app. After that, communication has been very lacking. Strongly recommend against installing this app if you have a more robust site.
Hello, i checked this issue in your store again, to be 100% sure i can write this. Your store contain lot of apps which do the same functionality + custom theme. Thats probably reason why you think this app is problem. Yes you are right, your store is robust, but robust of chaos. Sorry I write you like this, but please first check your store properly, before you will write some of app is guilty for your mess. Adam provided great customer service and the app is beautiful on my site! My website has had a lot of custom programming so the app did not work when it was first installed so I wrote an email to the support email and within less than 24 hours Adam helped me to get the app working on my site. The app is a bit pricey but offering gifts with purchase have helped us to get our average order value up. So we'll see with time if it really pays off but I think it does!

The biggest negative about this app - if your free gift sells out it will not deactivate the free gift offer automatically - this seems like an easy fix but the support team said the only answer is to manually deactivate the offer. I do not have the time to constantly watch my inventory and do not want to cause more work or issue for myself of my customers if I over sell a free gift.

his app really saved me. I was searching for an app that would allow me to give a free gift to my customers if their order value is above a certain threshold. I tried several apps before this but none of them gave the required results. But thank God, I found this app. And the best part about this was the quick and witty customers service who would are ready to fulfill all our doubts at the very earliest.

The app is very useful and easy to use and install on your online store. It really made a difference in our customer service and client satisfaction!
