So far this app is working as it should and isn't interfering with other functionality. Needed to reach out to support initially to get the auto add-to-cart working. They responded and had it working within an hour of reaching out.

I like this app for the lower cost and the fact that I can offer multiple choices for a gift item. That apparently is very difficult to find, but if you want to up your card value with an incentive to buy more, I thought that offering a choice of freebies would be a great idea. So this app works for that.

Pretty easy to use, however it created an unlimited supply of my free product (which I did not have), and I only discovered this when a customer selected it and i no longer had stock. Also, the app doesn't work on Mac/Safari. Which is really annoying as I run my whole business and shopify on my mac. Told I need to get another browser. For that reason, am deleting the app.

This is the only app that would allow us to setup a free gift promotion and be able to enter a discount code too. The customer service was great when there was a small loading issue on our theme. The user experience is awesome too!
