We're really happy with the app, especially the customer service and care from the team. Initially we needed help setting up our account and the team was very responsive and helpful at each step of the way. If you need a very simple app that's not fussy or too complicated, this is a good solution.

This app gives our brand reps individual logins, allows them to place orders for customers from specific collections. The app also helps us and them keep track of their commissions. The customer service is exceptionally responsive and helpful. You can speak or communicate with actual people. We love CSS!

I needed an app to work with an agent in an other country and this app is the only one I could find to meet my specific needs. Amit and his team offer an excellent customer service. They always did their best to answer my needs, always promptly and in a friendly manner.

We really enjoyed working with CSS Sales Team to set up our sales agents with a platform within our website to create and track customer orders and requests. They did a wonderful job setting up our Klayvio templates and our login page so that it was a seamless experience with our wholesale website. They were very communicative and helpful!

Amazing and straightforward app. It has exactly what I was looking for and the parts that it didn't was not an issue due to the amazing support I received from Krishna and her team. So far really thrilled with the app. There aren’t many similar apps out there that would tick all the boxes like this one does. Support has been incredible and they were really forthcoming with customising the app side of things to suit our branding. We are new customers, but have worked directly with the developers on custom commission scales and analytics and they have been great to work with. Quick and very communicative. We are excited to roll out our new sales rep reporting system for 2024.

I wanted to restrict the products a sales rep can choose to put in an order. They were able to make this special modification for a minimal cost with a quick turnaround and made it so it's easy for me to modiify the available products list.

Customer service is extremely greatly responsive to my inquiries and requests though the application needs to be mobile-optimized. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs.

FIVE STARS for customer service! The app needs a bit of work still, however, their team is extremely responsive and helpful. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs, and that's huge!

CSS Sales Team has top-notch customer service, these folks seriously know how to treat customers right. Every time I reached out with a question or needed help, they were on it like superheroes, quick to respond and super friendly. So far I really like the app. It's very user friendly and I had to contact them to answer a question I had and Amit was extremely helpful. I've had their app installed for a few days and I really like everything so far the layout is efficient and easy to understand. The login for my sales reps works and looks great. I will keep this updated, but as of now I highly recommend. This is a great app if you're looking to onboard a sales team.

I'm super chuffed with this app so far and it's exactly what we need as a travel business with multiple salespeople selling tours. It features many different ways to track commissions which makes it very versatile. It's remarkably simple and straightforward to set up. The team have been very helpful so far and are able to customize the app if need be to fit your business needs.
