I wanted to restrict the products a sales rep can choose to put in an order. They were able to make this special modification for a minimal cost with a quick turnaround and made it so it's easy for me to modiify the available products list.

Customer service is extremely greatly responsive to my inquiries and requests though the application needs to be mobile-optimized. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs.

I'm super chuffed with this app so far and it's exactly what we need as a travel business with multiple salespeople selling tours. This app is brilliant! The support is absolutely fantastic with an opportunity to speak on video link to technical support if needed. I needed an app to allow my sales reps to order products and see their own orders on a dashboard without seeing other orders from other reps or customers. It does exactly that and when I asked for some tweaks to fit my business, the developers responded either making small changes free of charge or at a reasonable fee. They're busy developing the app all the time and are open to suggestions to improve it for all. Thank you Rose for being such a great help.

So far, so good. Their customer service and willingness to assist was great. I was able to video conference with the developer and they were extremely communicative. We don't need all the features, but so far it's improving our business with the features we need.

The Sales Rep app has been a great addition to our wholesale site. We are managing multiple reps and this tool gives a great amount of features that they find very useful such as the ability to enter orders for customers and the cart sharing. Having a limited dashboard with functionality was crucial for us with using independent sales reps, as we do not want to share all order and customer information. This app fits the bill. Vik and Rose have been great working working through some of the early hiccups we had and helped with our installation. They answered our tons of questions very quickly. They also were very open to user feedback to improve the application. We would not know what to do without this app. Great application and dev team!
