I use this app to manage my sales reps. Love working with it ! Customer support is Awesome ! Vikram went all out to help me, and answered all question with walk throughs !

I am in the process of setting up the App but the administrators at Sales Team- Specifically Vik have been a tremendous help. While I can't yet speak to the entire user experience, I can certainly attest to the fact that these guys are very accessible and ready to assist in whatever way needed. Thanks Vik and team!

Good app with a good team. Comes with most everything out of the box. But the team is very knowledgable on any customizations needed for you application. Backend is a little clunky to use, but they are continuing to improve the app regularly. I would recommend.
Thank you for the review :) . We have had similar feedback for the admin side of the app from our other clients , hence we have developed a new UI version of the backend this year. I will enable this for your store. Looking to get feedback from you and improve our UI even more.

This app works great, it has all the features we were looking for to make our small business run smoothly. Our sales people have access to everything they need on a day to day basis. The support team has also been outstanding. The response time is excellent, Vik helps us troubleshoot issues we are having and even when it's our error, he takes the time to walk us through the steps to make sure we get it right. Vik has helped us create and perfect our teams experience!

After testing this app on our store and finding we needed some customization to meet our needs, Vik and his team were quick to respond. They provided custom development within the app and seamlessly integrated Sales Team with other apps on our store. Their customer support is excellent and the solutions they offered have automated multiple processes for us. I would absolutely recommend this app, Vik and his team!

This app is awesome, and their customer support is the best I've seen on Shopify. The app lets you tag customers to sales reps, and is tracking the rep's progress. Finally - we don't have to manually extrapolate data to tell us what we want, this app does it for us, and we ensure that our sales representatives are properly compensated for the client base that they have developed. Really a good app, and much better than the other sales rep apps that I have tried using in the past. I aam awful with tech, and got on a screen share with a customer support rep, who was very helpful and got me set up within 15 minutes. This company needs to give their customer support rep , Vik, a promotion- you are amazing bro, and a great asset to this company!!!

The support offered by this app was beyond amazing. The team helped us every step of the way and made sure we reached our deadlines. Vik helped us find solutions that made the app into an indispensable tool for us.

We are still in the process of customizing the app to our needs but Vik has been nothing short of incredible and accommodating! Our sales process is a little more complicated than most but Vik and his team had no problem understanding and asking great follow up questions. The app has a lot of features and because his team is so willing to make adjustments/customizations for your needs, you will never have to look elsewhere for a better solution! I did research on the other apps that perform a similar function on Shopify and this was by far the obvious choice!

The app is extremely easy to integrate, use, and scale. I'm incredibly impressed with the product, and especially the team behind the product - led by a gentleman named Vik. The customer support provided by Vik blew me away, and what's more amazing is that he delivered the service from even before I was a paying customer. Vik has gone as far as working with another app we use called Bold recurring payments to see if integration between the two is possible. They have an amazing dashboard, signing up new reps is built with virality in mind. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Vik!!

This app is EXACTLY what I’ve been needing to grow my business! I am so excited!!! Vik was amazing helping walk me through how to use the dashboard and helping with adjustments to fit my needs!
