Just bought the 5 dollar a month plan and it works as it says. If anyone tries using spytools as soon as the tool pops up it goes to a white screen so they cant see the info unless they take the spytool off. Great extension with easy access to all the tools needed.

I installed the app and noticed it was performing tasks on my website without my consent. It had blocked the ability for users to right click, and had even blocked keyboard shortcuts from being usable. I checked the settings page and these functions were clearly listed as 'disabled' and so this should not have been happening. I used the chat service for support, which claims to usually respond 'within an hour'. It has since been 48 hours and I have not received a response. When I uninstalled the app, my website returned to normal and I got an automated e-mail from the Founder Sergio. Here is a direct quote: "We're always working to improve our app, and your feedback is important to us. Please share your thoughts on why you uninstalled or if you felt any features were missing. We appreciate your input! Please feel free to reply to this email to share your thoughts." Unbelievably, this is sent from a 'noreply' e-mail address that rejects responses! I believed this app would be reliable and trustworthy based on the diamond 'Built for Shopify' label it has.

Hi Darius, how are you? I'd like to help you with what happened. First of all, I'd like to know if you received my feedback sent yesterday at 19:11 (UK). Anyway, I'll post the information here again: Sorry for the delay in replying, I'm the founder of the app and I make a point of replying to all support personally. However, I've had a problem at home over the last few days. In any case, the fact that the functions are blocked, even though they are disabled in the app, is due to the fact that other functions also block these same functions. For example, blocking Inspect Element automatically blocks the right button, because you can access Inspect Element through it. You can use the extreme block inspect element option, which, instead of blocking the path to the function, identifies the open inspect and redirects you away from the site. As another example, if you have image blocking active, it will automatically block the crtl+C shortcut to prevent copying. Regarding the email sent after uninstalling the application, thank you for the comment about it being sent from a “noreply” address and asking for a reply. We've adjusted this and the email address now allows a reply. Anyway, I hope I've explained better now that some of our functions have convergence, so even if you disable a specific block, you may need to block another action/function that is active.
