Regarding the billing, as you used the app beyond the free 3-day trial period, from January 21 to January 31, the charge was automatically processed by Shopify in your next billing cycle, which was on February 22. This is in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies, which handle all charges related to apps installed on their platform. We understand this can be confusing, and we are sending you a detailed email with all the information about the usage and billing, and how we can help you resolve this issue. We're sorry you're not staying with us, we've sent you an email in your inbox to better understand what happened, but I can tell you that the problem you mentioned is not due to our app. We noticed that you used our app from March/23 to October/23, during which time our app didn't undergo any changes, so it wouldn't make sense for the app to fail in your store only after months of use. Sales Shield does not have any function that blocks sites like Google, our protection function against trackers only generates more updates for sales tracking software to trick them. Our original price was US$8.00 with additional charges that varied according to the number of products in the store. Today we are using a reduced lifetime price of US$ 4.99 without any additional fees, to use this price just reinstall the app.

We're sorry you didn't like our app, as we told you in the email, all this information about the "fake sales" function was available in the images and text about how our app works. What our app does with the "fake sales" function is to send multiple sales for all the products in your store, camouflaging the products your store is actually selling. Your store's spies get confused by the information we provide and start ignoring you when they realize there's something wrong and that your metrics are unreliable! If you still don't want this function on your site, simply disable the "fake sales" option in the app.
