i uninstalled and canceled and Im still getting billed customer service is no help. Shopify is a giant scam of endless billing

Regarding the billing, as you used the app beyond the free 3-day trial period, from January 21 to January 31, the charge was automatically processed by Shopify in your next billing cycle, which was on February 22. This is in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies, which handle all charges related to apps installed on their platform.
