I will prompt this review by saying that we have tried a lot of shipping protection services over the years. There was something that bugged us about every other service like this. Our goal has always been to find a solution that is a true value add for our customers (without hassle) and saves us shipping nightmare headaches. SaveBy truly has been a life saver for us. We love the customer support we receive through our slack channel. Our customers are happy, and that is the most important thing to us. Claim process is super simple for our customers. And we have plenty of support from the SaveBy team if anything comes up. Our CS team loves working with SaveBy. Their CEO is a great person. Everything always gets handled promptly. You don't loose money. What else are you looking for?

Working with SavedBy has been a fantastic experience. Their customer support is super professional and they are very responsive. As a business that tries to keep prices as low as possible for our customers, it is nice to have a fall back system to make sure when products are lost or damaged in transit, they can be replaced without any hit to our business! 10/10 would recommend working with this company!

SavedBy has been a phenomenal addition to our site! The entire team is incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a few requests that are outside the norm and they didn't skip a beat in getting it done for us. If you're looking to add package protection, go with SavedBy!

SavedBy has taken a lot of pressure off of our Customer Service team and helped us save money. They have been a wonderful company to work with - they're attentive, accommodating, and reliable. I love that they're real people with real solutions, truly a pleasure to work with.
