I will prompt this review by saying that we have tried a lot of shipping protection services over the years. There was something that bugged us about every other service like this. Our goal has always been to find a solution that is a true value add for our customers (without hassle) and saves us shipping nightmare headaches. SaveBy truly has been a life saver for us. We love the customer support we receive through our slack channel. Our customers are happy, and that is the most important thing to us. Claim process is super simple for our customers. And we have plenty of support from the SaveBy team if anything comes up. Our CS team loves working with SaveBy. Their CEO is a great person. Everything always gets handled promptly. You don't loose money. What else are you looking for?

Working with SavedBy has been a fantastic experience. Their customer support is super professional and they are very responsive. As a business that tries to keep prices as low as possible for our customers, it is nice to have a fall back system to make sure when products are lost or damaged in transit, they can be replaced without any hit to our business! 10/10 would recommend working with this company!

Honestly, It's not often I feel impressed by the support I get from any app. The team at SavedBy responds within the same hour with dev support, questions around accounting, or on suggestions to the tool. It works very flawlessly and there are not a whole lot of reasons to not use this app if you are considering offering package protection.
This one made me tear up!! Our customer and merchant experience is everything, and it means the world to us to get to provide it to the best makeup company in the game - ILIA!!! Cheers and thanks so much for the review :) - Will

We used SavedBy for about a year and loved them, but decided to try another app to see if we could consolidate a few things into one platform. After just two weeks, we came running back. The difference was obvious right away. SavedBy is faster, easier, and so much more reliable for us and our customers. Their team is seriously the best. Anytime we have a question, someone jumps in almost immediately to help, which makes such a difference when you’re running a small business. I never feel like I’m waiting around or chasing someone for answers. When we tried the other app, I found myself constantly checking to make sure claims were actually being paid out, which just added extra work instead of helping with the load. With SavedBy, I don’t even have to think about it, everything gets handled quickly, and our customers are happy. We won’t be leaving again. If you’re looking for a package protection partner that actually makes your life easier, SavedBy is it.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. they are without question the best shipping protection app on the market. they have saved us so much money and their team is very fast and professional when it comes to answering any questions. don't waste your hard earned money with other companies.
I couldn't recommend Grass Fed enough either!! The tallow is soooo good and smells just wonderful. Really clean stuff and we are so happy we get to protect those sweet packages going out :) Thanks a ton for the review ! - Will

I was skeptical before trying this app since I figured it would hurt our conversion rate. I was VERY surprised to see that it actually both increased our CVR and profit per order. The psychology seems to work like this... Potential customers see the insurance in the cart (for about $1-2) and it makes them feel safer about the purchase, thus increasing CVR, and more money in our pocket, which in turn allows us to deal with lost packages etc. The SavedBy team is great to work with, extremely fast, and you can tell they've done their homework to optimize their app for conversion. As a disclaimer, I want to point out that the SavedBy team requested this review but everything above is true. I wasn't offered any incentive for this review.

This is one of the few Shopify apps that we've used over the years that works exactly as advertised, if not more! Our customers have received speedy assistance from them when needed, and they have been incredibly helpful with our wishes as well.

We honestly don't think there's a better shipping insurance app out there. If there is, we wouldn't know because we're definitely not looking elsewhere. lol We've been using SavedBy for a few months now and we can't stress enough how satisfied we are with the app. Creating a claim is super easy, and processing takes less than 24 hours and the claims are always approved with no issues. The support team is great. Peace of mind is key for us and SavedBy gives us just that. Keep being great SavedBy!

Hands down, the best shipping insurance app on Shopify right now for small businesses. We got booted off Corso and heard about the nightmares with other apps. We are happy with SavedBy so far. It runs in the background and we don't even think about it. Keep up the good work team.
