Since none of us have control over how the courier service handles our products, SavedBy has been super helpful, especially with product/order replacements and covering full refunds if the customer claim qualifies. The team is also readily available to respond, I always hear back within the hour. Thanks to SavedBy, we've saved many headaches and retained happy customers.

Savedby has been terrific to work with. The customer service in setting up was exceptional and easy to do. Lots of clients using the service as well and are loving it!

We made the switch and we couldn't be happier we did! They take care of our customers package issues so seamlessly and they are very helpful if you have any questions. Love this team and they have been killing it. This is the best way to offer Package Protection. It makes my life easier knowing I can our customers to Savedby and they will be taken care of.
Appreciate this review sooooo much and love working with the DedCool team. Everyone is grade A and it's nice to have a team that is as CX and CS forward as we are :))

SavedBy has literally Saved Us!! We ship fragile vials and sometimes they break in shipping, this has been a great solution for those cases. Their team has been nothing short of exceptional. They are quick to get these issues resolved for our customers. We worked with another company who denied claim after claim, this has been great because still no denied claims with quite a few issues with the shipping carriers.
Hahahah the first line cracked us up over here. So happy to work with you and the team and happy we can get you covered on issues!

Love this app. It is so easy to make the customer experience better for both sides of the purchase by using Savedby. It is easy to set up and works seamlessly on our store!

Even though I sell one off vintage products, they still made the app work for me! I can’t do re-orders since my products are 1/1, but we found a custom solution and overall they were just super helpful in making it work best for me
