ScaleOrder have support me since day one. All the way from product discovery into fast deliveries that exceed my expectations. The are very responsive in communication and I truly enjoy our collaboration. Shout out to "Winter" that is my go2person ;)

I really recommand this app company very good and helpful service ! They answer very qiuck the questions and very polite everytime. The only thing i wish is if the orders could arrive a little quicker Thank you guys !

I've been using Scaleorder for 2 months and I must say they are simply the best. I have tried other agents before, but none of them come close to the quality of service and value that Scaleorder offers. Their shipping is incredibly fast, prices are competitive, and their customer support is excellent, available all days in a week. Overall, I would rate Scaleorder 5/5 stars. Highly recommended!

Not good at all, high prices, terrible customer service managers and worst of all a high defect rate with their products. Save your self time and money and give them a miss!

We started to work with Nextschain a short time ago. In this short period of time, we were able to observe that they are competent at their job, loved their job, and were solution-oriented. I fully believe that we will do better things in the coming days. Thank you very much. We expect Nextschain to continue by putting their work performance on top of it. We are very pleased.

I have been using NextChain for a good part of a year now. Have tried other suppliers in the past but since moving to NextChain I have never changed again, I hope to keep doing business with them in the future. They always ship out the orders fast and have great customer service for any problems that I have incounted. I also have my own personal rep from them which has been a great help to solve anything that I need. They have shipped thousands of products for me now and im sure they will continue to do so in the future. Great supplier, I couldn't recommend anyone better!

Ignore the positive reviews –– DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP – These guys ~might~ be *trying* to run a legitimate business (seems unlikely) but there are a TON of red flags here and plenty more shadiness once the app is installed. Upon installing this app you are then redirected to a page that AUTOMATICALLY START PLAYING VERY LOUD MUSIC and insists that you install their "CRHOME" (Google Chrome) app which will undoubtedly harvest more data from your business. Closing that and navigating back to the app, you're suddenly within a copy of your Shopify store... that's right, they just copied ALL of your data and put it inside a NEARLY IDENTICAL mirrored store. If you can manage to close the pop-over that really wants you to submit a 5-Star Review without using the app, you'll see a copy of your Shopify Dashboard... which will tell you that you already have orders to fill... your existing orders within Shopify. When you go to products, you'll see all your existing products and are advised that you can just "hide" those you don't want to fill with their app. All of the products they offer are just ported, rather random AliExpress products at marked up prices. It does look like they are at least trying to write better (not good) descriptions and offer some better photos. However, that's what they're offering, about 36 pages of AliExpress merch from various categories. There's weird info about Facebook ads. At first I assumed this might be recommended niches for narrowing marketing... just very poor suggestions like Target Audience: < 6500000 - General Interest but then it became clear that they've actually RUN Facebook ads (meaning they're also already retailing the same products) and had such impressive results as 35 Interactions... meaning the 'pre-tested targeting' suggestions clearly aren't good. That's about where I stopped, promptly uninstalled and demanded all our data be removed. Returning to the App Store page (which I had to load from their email as they aren't even coming up in the search) I also noticed the developer name... BEIDOU which is both the equivalent of calling your dropshipping company "GPS Navigation" and, conveniently, easily confused with BAIDU, China's equivalent tech company to Google which also runs shopping services. So... even if some people find that this app does work for them... orders do get filled, etc. It's primary function REALLY looks like a data mining. Shopify really needs to improve their vetting and update safety & security policies.

Been using this app for a while and love it! Very easy to use. Best thing is that they provide express shipping to so many countries at decent prices. The customer support is excellent! Highly recommended!!

I have tried this app. With patience, this app will be the best app for your shop. You do need to pay for the bells and whistles but the cost is worth it. I will update my review again in a few months. So far, products do ship quickly.

I placed my first order and the coronavirus hit, so shipment has been delayed but support have been very helpful to resolve the problem and shipment is on it's way.
When you paid at March 26, It was March 27 in Chinese time. And it takes about 1 - 2 days to purchase the items from our suppliers. and on March 28 and March 29, it was Weekend and we have holiday, including our carriers. Today it's March 30 we have process all the unprocess orders, thank you.

Wow! The delivery time is fast than I expected. It only takes 8 business days to my US customers for most of my packages. I definitely recommand.
