I have tried this app. With patience, this app will be the best app for your shop. You do need to pay for the bells and whistles but the cost is worth it. I will update my review again in a few months. So far, products do ship quickly.

This is an updated review, where the first time I gave this 5 stars and praising this app. I come back a month later with a different view. I came back to update it based on empty promises they had given (like lowering the prices 50-60% so then people could actually make a profit from it.) I was told it was going to be fixed in a week (end of July) which didn't happen. So then I reached out to customer service via email explaining all that I was told and got told that it was going to be done by the end of October. I chatted today with customer service and was told that it was going to get done. It was actually my mistake for waiting a month and putting my business on hold! The Good: First, I will say that this app has great potential so it's worth keeping tabs on. Customized packaging, ad insight, and analytics for certain products, the variety and amount of products are also great. They have live chat which is great to use if you have any questions or concerns. The Bad: Price gouging like CRAZY. I mean, it's bad. They are based and sourcing from China and you will find the products for 80-90% cheaper elsewhere. You also have to pay for shipping and some of the prices are just laughable because there's no way you would make a profit. For example, this cooling dog bed price is $10-$20 PLUS $17 shipping that will take up to 12 business days. They advertise a faster shipping time which is great, but doesn't actually look like it would happen once you start adding products and modifying the products information and varients before you import. The customer service wasn't consistent and the newer lower-cost products that they are adding look very very cheap. I was sorta filled with empty promises with my first exchange that never had happened and the bad will outweigh any of the good (unless high prices and long shipping times are okay). If I had moved forward, I think this app alone would have either slowed or failed my business based on the empty promises alone on it, which you would then advertise to your customers, which actually weren't true. In saying all of this- they are actively listening and taking suggestions and feedback. I have really high hopes for this app and that I can use them at some point in the future once everything is all squared away and solved. The customer service is really kind and I do think they're working to solve any and all issues and concerns brought to their attention!

I am new to shipping orders for my store. NextsChain stepped up as a prompt shipping service. Since I was not sure what to do, I used the Chat box to chat with a friendly and knowledgeable assistant who explained the service to me. I was assured that the shipping is fast and with care. Nextschain already had my product information ready for me. I appreciate the special attention they give to detail, which saves me time. Martinez

I used this app for the first time in May. I placed a order with them May the 4th and they put the order with eprolo I didn't get my order until June 6 with all 3 items I order from nextschain missing out of the order. I had to contact them 3 times for a response and the response was bad. Customer service wanted to argue back and forth and didn't try to get to the root of the problem.STAY AWAY from this company....I believe its a rip off!! I never got my items till this day. Just a loss I have to take.

This is my first time using this app! I had trouble finding a tracking number for shipment so I contacted their customer service. The person did an excellent job helping me and had it all sorted out in about a day. Thank you!

When I first started to use them, it was good but now a Easter order that said was picked up on 02/20/2020 by shipping partner in New York still never got to customer. Had to refund them and Peter and tesbin or however you spell it, started to ignore my messages after the over fifth time of having to explain it. Now I have gotten replies and told I would get a refund for over a month now and still no refund. I can't believe the bad business ethics and morals being shown now.

I was thinking i have found an alternative at the epacket from chinese suppliers. On there app they saying to have fast worldwide shipping. They sended me a fake tracking number, because when i was go to the carrier site to verified the number they give me, they was saying the number doesn't respect the format of the numbers they use. Dont lost your reputation with a dropshipper who doesn't have a good service.

They promise shipping time of 14 business days, but in my experience shipping times has averaged 30 to 40 days. When you sign up they show you that they deliver in 10 days or so, but after you place your orders, they say "it is out of our control." They promise they will refund late deliveries, but when it comes time for refund, they only consider items over 20 business days. And business days is based on the Chinese calendar. Then they start asking for fake documents such as certificate of refund. I have been waiting on a portion of my refund for 36 days. Save yourself bad reviews and great frustration. This is a joke at best!
We have checked all the pacakges, There are about 30% packages arrive at 8 business days about 35% packages arrived at within 12 business days, There are about about 25% pacakges arrived within 15 business days. And Remote regions will takes a lot of time. Because of the Covid-19 affect, the shipping time will be delay. These are out of our control, we can't be responsible for these.

No help, no customer support. they take forever to answer you. when a customer places an order you go to this app to finish the transaction but you still have to do more complicated steps to finally make the payment and send the order. This app is full of bugs. horrible customer support.

4% trust score on Scam Doc, nothing on Trustpilot. How does Shopify list these companies? Surely you are going to thouroughly vet a supplier before listing them?

I placed my first order and the coronavirus hit, so shipment has been delayed but support have been very helpful to resolve the problem and shipment is on it's way.
When you paid at March 26, It was March 27 in Chinese time. And it takes about 1 - 2 days to purchase the items from our suppliers. and on March 28 and March 29, it was Weekend and we have holiday, including our carriers. Today it's March 30 we have process all the unprocess orders, thank you.
