ScanRabbit has been an absolute game-changer for our business! It’s been so easy for our packing team to adopt into their routine and has transformed our accuracy levels when it comes to packing the correct items during the fulfilment process. The packing process is very user friendly and it is clear when we’ve mistakenly tried to pack an incorrect item. Thanks to this, we can now be 100% confident that only correct items are being shipped out to our customers. The team behind ScanRabbit have been incredibly helpful and hands on throughout. They’re always extremely responsive to any questions we may have and have been invaluable when it comes to guidance on scaling our small business using ScanRabbit. For any business looking to scale while still achieving stock accuracy and timeous order fulfilment, I would 100% recommend they use ScanRabbit!

We’ve been using ScanRabbit for our Shopify store, and it has made a huge difference in how we manage our order fulfillment process. We’ve noticed fewer mistakes, faster packing times, and an overall more efficient workflow. ScanRabbit has definitely become an essential part of our fulfillment process! Before ScanRabbit, we occasionally had packing errors in which we didn't know the item was packed, but now the process is much smoother. The app allows us to easily scan product barcodes using just our phone’s camera, and it instantly verifies the items against the Shopify order. Once everything is scanned, the order gets automatically tagged as "Packed," giving us confidence that we’re sending the correct items to our customers. The interface is simple and user-friendly, so training our team to use it was quick. It’s also great to have the flexibility of using our mobile phones without needing additional hardware like handheld scanners.

A quick and easy way to guarantee that the right products get packed into their order - that's ScanRabbit for me. On a daily basis I pack orders for a small online retail business and use ScanRabbit to remove the human risk of picking the incorrect item or the incorrect quantity. ScanRabbit has saved me a few times already - pfeew! It shows green when the items picked are correct and complete, orange when not yet complete and red if you make an error. Super. Straightforward to use, and for me, essential.
