If you know little — or even just the basics — about SEO, AEO, or Schema markup, this platform is for you. The integration was completely seamless from start to finish. What truly sets this company apart, however, is the onboarding and customer support experience. Honestly, it feels like staying at the Four Seasons. The team not only guided me through the complete optimisation of the platform, but they also identified indexing issues that even my outsourced SEO team had completely missed. The platform itself is simple to use, easy to understand, and incredibly user-friendly — which is important for someone like me, whose tech skills are closer to a three-year-old learning to feed itself. Frustrating at times, but this made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. If you are looking to improve your SEO, AI search visibility, schema markup, and overall website optimisation without needing to be highly technical, I genuinely could not recommend them more highly.

Schema Plus solved a long-standing schema issue on our Shopify store: our theme was generating broken product structured data, which prevented Google from showing star ratings and prices in the search snippet. After installing Schema Plus and enabling the relevant schemas (Product, Merchant Listing, Reviews via Reviews.io integration), the Rich Results Test was clean – all 31 elements valid, no critical errors. What really impressed me was the support. When we hit a few setup conflicts (leftover code from the old theme schema, then a duplicate schema source from another app), Yaprak and Diana not only replied quickly, they escalated to their engineers, who actively went into our theme and removed the conflicting code for us. They also offered a trial extension when our trial was blocked by an unresolved bug – which I really appreciated. The app supports a lot of schema types out of the box (Product, Merchant Listing, Local Business, Video, FAQ, Organization, etc.), the bulk import via CSV is a huge time saver for stores with many products, and the integration with review apps like Reviews.io works smoothly once configured. If you're running a Shopify store and want clean, reliable structured data without code editing, Schema Plus is exactly the right tool – and the team behind it is genuinely helpful.

Schema SEO has honestly been one of the most useful apps we’ve added to our store. We scheduled an onboarding call after installing it, and everything was explained clearly from start to finish in a way that actually made sense, even for things that normally feel technical or confusing. Berker was the person who helped us throughout the process and he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Exceptional app, support, and customer service. Setting up the app after install was as easy and quick as can be. After that I attended the onboarding meeting and got a very informative presentation that ensured that I was understanding all of the available features on the app and that I was using them properly.
