CATASTROPHIC IMPACT ON 5 STORES Schema Plus destroyed my rich snippets across 5 e-commerce stores, causing 50% revenue loss for months. TECHNICAL EXPERT CONFIRMATION: Had SEO expert analyze the issues - confirmed Schema Plus generates fundamentally broken structured data that exploits merchants who don't understand technical implementation. RECOMMENDATION: RUN from Schema Plus. Use TinyIMG or manual implementation. Literally anything else works better. This app literally destroys your SEO business. Save your money and sanity - choose ANY other schema app.

We've reviewed each point carefully and would like to provide some clarification based on our current technical implementation. 1. Judge.me integration and missing aggregateRating We’ve double-checked this using Google’s Rich Results Test(https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=-ygnlHRtwQ96YhisRKUD5g), and it shows that SchemaPlus was successfully generating the expected aggregateRating and review data for products. We understand the importance of this feature and have confirmed it was functioning as intended. 2. Escaped characters in URLs (//, \u0026) The use of \u0026 in JSON-LD is a safe and standard way to represent &. Google’s structured data guidelines fully support this, and it does not negatively affect indexing. These encodings are commonly used to prevent conflicts when JSON is embedded in HTML and are interpreted correctly by search engines. 3. Missing seller information The same Rich Results Test confirmed that seller and brand information are included under the product offers. This data should be fully visible and valid in the structured markup. 4. Logo URLs returning 404 This issue may be due to the Organization logo uploaded via SchemaPlus being removed from the Shopify store’s assets. Once a store removes the uploaded logo or uninstalls the app, we lose access to those assets and cannot verify them. 5. Only one image generated Our current schema includes multiple product image URLs, and we’ve confirmed that all available product images are included in the structured data. 6. HTTP in @context According to schema.org documentation, using http://schema.org or https://schema.org in the @context field is treated the same. Both are valid and accepted. https://schema.org/docs/faq.html#19 7. Broken breadcrumbs despite “enabled” status During your time with SchemaPlus, we observed functional breadcrumbs on search results, which matched the expected output. It’s unclear what specifically was perceived as broken, but we’d be happy to discuss further if you choose to reinstall. 8. Support message referencing Rich Results Test You’re right that there’s a difference between validation and live display in SERPs. However, Google's own documentation(https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7445569) clarifies that passing the Rich Results Test does not guarantee that rich snippets will appear in search results. We meant to share that structured data was correctly implemented, but acknowledge that our communication could have been more nuanced. 9. “Blaming Google” We aim to be transparent. Our intention was not to shift blame but to inform that Google ultimately determines what appears in search, and structured data implementation alone does not guarantee display. 10. Mentioning third-party apps We do not place blame on other apps. However, we sometimes alert users that apps with aggressive speed optimization features may inadvertently delay or block schema scripts. This is shared in the interest of troubleshooting and transparency. 11. Translated handles Currently, SchemaPlus supports translated pages, but translated handles created by certain translation apps can prevent schema from loading. This is a known limitation, and we are actively working toward a more robust solution. We understand that our support did not meet your expectations and that the app caused concern for your business. I'm terminating my SchemaPlus subscription and warning other merchants about your app's fundamental failures. YOUR INITIAL RESPONSE WAS TECHNICALLY WRONG: Diana initially claimed "the test results doesn't show any issues and the preview is looking okay" - completely missing the difference between Rich Results Test validation and actual SERP display. This shows a fundamental lack of understanding of how Google processes structured data. EXPERT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS: I consulted an SEO technical expert who confirmed that your support responses demonstrate complete ignorance of structured data implementation. The issues are clearly within SchemaPlus code generation, not external factors. DOCUMENTED TECHNICAL FAILURES: Missing aggregateRating - SchemaPlus fails to integrate Judge.me review data into JSON-LD despite claiming "no inputs required for this integration" Malformed URLs - Escaped characters (\/\/ and \u0026) in generated JSON-LD Incomplete offers - Missing seller information, itemCondition, priceValidUntil Single image limitation - Only generating one image URL despite multiple product images available Broken logo URLs - 404 errors on Organization schema logo paths BUSINESS IMPACT: Since SchemaPlus implementation, I've experienced a 50% DROP IN REVENUE due to disappearing rich snippets that previously drove traffic and conversions. Your app simply doesn't work. WARNING TO OTHER MERCHANTS: SchemaPlus exploits merchants' technical knowledge gaps by: Blaming Google for their own coding failures Deflecting to external apps when caught Providing "solutions" that don't address core issues Keeping you paying while delivering broken functionality I'm implementing manual JSON-LD that will resolve all issues in 2 hours versus your promised month of uncertainty. Your app and support are technically incompetent and financially damaging.

Since installing the app, we experienced many problems. We believe the app has caused many issues consequent of nominating the incorrect url along with causing much duplicate schema - they told me they had removed this but didn't. Furthermore, upon learning about schema, it does not mark up much and what is does, it does badly. I've just been told that support takes 1 week - hardly acceptable.

They kept asking me to review them immediately once the app was installed. I told them I would first need to actually see how the app performs. It turns out it doesn't perform well at all. They slowed down my site considerably and put weird grey backgrounds all over my site. When I asked support about it they just told me developers were looking into it. I kept asking for feedback, but they could not provide any answers from their "developers" 3 days went by and nothing was fixed so here I am doing the review they begged me for. Thanks for making my site slow and ugly and wasting my time. Still waiting on their feedback.....

I delete the application because i didnt know where to go for delete my subscribe plan, but i continue to pay since 2months, i dont know where to do for delete this. When i download the APP again, they ask me to pay now 14$ ....

I had a really negative experience with this app that cost us money. They insisted they were compatible with Yotpo and had us delete our Yotpo schema, which was disastrous and hurt our product appearance in Google. Baris, presumably the creator, was rude and arrogant. I really regret installing this app and am paying for it - literally - with the fallout from using their schema to replace my old schema. If you're an established business, RUN!

Caused traffic to decrease, showed Google Console proof, contacted them no help but sent me a link to better understand Schema which i didnt need.
