However Yaprak assured me during the onboarding call that everything was installed perfectly. She also let us know that we had outdated markup in our theme. I knew it was an issue already, but wasn't sure how to fix it. The team at Schema Plus got to work on removing it for us almost immediately at no additional cost! Yaprak was a huge help in getting our store setup. The schema was generated very, very quickly. I did have to ask for the extra schema to be setup like the about us, careers, etc.

Since installing the app, we experienced many problems. We believe the app has caused many issues consequent of nominating the incorrect url along with causing much duplicate schema - they told me they had removed this but didn't. Furthermore, upon learning about schema, it does not mark up much and what is does, it does badly. I've just been told that support takes 1 week - hardly acceptable.
