Caused traffic to decrease, showed Google Console proof, contacted them no help but sent me a link to better understand Schema which i didnt need.
Thank you for your feedback. For your site, we explained in detail along with links to documents why your traffic is decreasing (which is a general problem to your site). We offered to help you further, as we always do with every single one of customer requests. Without any response to our emails, you deleted our app and leave us a one-star review.

The customer service from the Uppercase team is always above and beyond our expectations. Their knowledge is invaluable and they're always super quick to reply and fix anything we don't understand. Every communication we have ever had with them has been incredibly positive, we can't rate them high enough.

We have been struggling to incorporate the FAQ Schema on some of our website pages, which means we're missing out on prime SEO opportunities. It's been problem after problem, and no one has been able to offer a solution. Until we installed Schema Plus. Not only was Baris incredibly responsive, but he was able to solve the issue quickly. He's a lifesaver, as is the app. We have a lot of product pages and having the Product Schema automated is a massive timesaver. This app is worth every cent.

I have just started to use the app and looks promising. one sign is their customer support is super. these guys stand by their product and will help you fix issues that appear in google structured data testing.

I have used this app for awhile now and it has been great! Had some errors I needed help with and Schema Plus was very quick to identify the problem we were having and took the time to help us fix them! Great customer service and very helpful!!

The Schema Plus app does it's job pretty well. And in case there is something wrong you get a 5 stars technical support and help. For now a real good experience. Keep it going like this!

To be honest anyone who are not using this apps are losing. All it takes is 5 second to get it installed and every structure code is well solved. An apps that every shopifier should have!

This app is great! We needed some help adding in some fields to our Schema mark-up and the app developers were quick to respond and do a manual fix for us. Would highly recommend!

Schema Plus is exceptional. I would give more stars if possible. Baris is supportive and goes above and beyond to help with any questions. Schema Plus is quick to resolve any issues that need fixed. I consider Schema Plus part of our team. Highly recommend.

Had a technical support issue and Baris was very quick to get the issue sorted out and hopefully the update that was rolled out will help other stores as well with their schema.

Installed this app on a free trial and I can't praise it enough so far. Because we have a custom theme we had some teething problems due to old scema already being present (apparently) but Baris was on it straight away, identified the problem and fixed it in no time. I have no hesitation in signing up for the full subscription and look forward to seeing an increase in search and click through. Thanks for an awesome app.
