I had an issue with some product snippets. I went on the chat and spoke to Yaprak. She helped me fix the problem and pointed out that I had multiple schemas. She booked me in for an engineer to resolve the issue.Fantastic service. Thanks again Yaprak

The app is good and has solved most of my problems. The most important improvement I would like to see is quicker response times from the engineers. I often have to wait for a long time, which is not good. Other than that, the app is fine.

Best Customer Support I've Ever Experienced! I've interacted with many customer support teams over the years, but this one is on a whole different level. When it really matters, no AI in the world can match the human understanding and empathy I encountered here. Here, real people beat any AI support hands down! From a great onboarding, following up, sorting out legacy code on my site. I really can say that I had a great experience with team. Im looking forward to track all the new organic traffic now that Schema has been implemented on my site properly. I can already seeing it displaying on Google ... that's within a week. Thanks team!

Fabulous support. Ozzy and his team are always on hand to offer advice and help wherever possible. You usually get an answer within 24 hours that really helps you. I can really only say good things and wish every app offered this kind of support.
