Easy onboarding. Thanks!

We added this app to our Shopify store a few weeks ago and are still in the process of setting everything up. While it’s too soon to comment on the impact for our sites, the level of customer service has truly stood out. The support team has proactively offered multiple one-on-one onboarding sessions and scheduled follow-ups to ensure a smooth setup. Every time I’ve reached out for assistance, I’ve received prompt and helpful replies, which is a rare experience I have found. So far, we’re very pleased with both the responsiveness and commitment to customer care.
