So far SEA has been very easy to use. Install was simple, so many issues with our website were fixed immediatly upon install. The customer service team has been extremely responsive and helpful.

SEA support is wonderful. They will allow you scan all pages of your site for free and they help us choose the best plan that fits well for the business. Also they care to follow up once the scan is done and recommend the next plan of action. Thank you

Russ has been helpful through-out the conversation as i need a report. he's quick and straight to the point. And as for the application SEA, I'm confident now to know what to correct and see issues with compliance. Instead of going the long route and trying to correct everything. I can adjust accordingly and get it fixed before anymore issue arises. NEVER BE BLIND SIDED FROM NONE FORSEEN GOV CHANGES!!!

I only downloaded this app for my Shopify store this evening and the tech team is already working on my site because my rating was not as high as I wanted it to be, and the issues were not something I would be able to help myself with. It was really easy to reach out to them and the communication has been great. Before I looked at my report, I was able to implement the app into my website on my own. It was really easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially people who are new to having a website and want to make sure they're ADA compliant.
