The app does exactly what it’s supposed to. It just works. Big thanks to Brain for being super helpful! He enabled the full scan report and also got the language translation button working. Really appreciate the quick support and clear guidance.

Great customer support with real people! Easy to use; easy to set up; easy to follow the guidelines on any changes needed to comply with the standards. I didn't need any level of skill beyond clicking buttons and to read their to the point and short set of instructions. This was all implemented in minutes. It's so wonderful to have the ability to allow all people access to my products because it is the right thing to do. Added - Despite my 5 stars, SEA Accessibility does greatly affect page speed as noted in the results of running my page through Google PageSpeed Insights. NOT ACTIVATED: Mobile Performance: 92, Desktop Performance: 99 ACTIVATED: Mobile Performance: 76, Desktop Performance: 69 I stress the importance to designers to place a large emphasis on future updates to include drastically shrinking the burden the app places on load performance. At this time it does indicate a visual impact for users loading so I'm keeping it turned on due to the import features I feel this app offers.

It is very good that is offered for free, but i see on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ that is this add-on is causing our webshop to load more slowly then needed, so much that our score when down from 85 to 62. So for now we will remove this add-on, if it get's better in the future we might try again.

Other apps are all paid, but this one is free and offers quick support — it's so great! Also, the agent, Tiana, was super kind and quickly solved our problem! Highly recommend!

Tiana was fantastic! She helped me resolve an issue with installing the app to a noncompatible theme quickly and with such a friendly, helpful attitude. I appreciated how direct she was with her instructions. She made what could have been a frustrating process feel effortless. The app also has so many helpful features and I am so happy to be able to offer an inclusive experience for my customers.

I installed this app to help make my website as accessible as possible. The installation and setup were super intuitive and easy. The only hiccup was with the language settings, which didn’t apply right away – but Tiana from support helped me out within minutes, and that solved the issue! Thank you for this great app!
