This app is awesome. Super easy to use, very user friendly and simple interface, but even more than that, the support is phenomenal! They help you customize the look to your liking and respond near immediately. This is the best experience I have ever had with an app on the store. Thank you so much to Lohla who assisted me!

Application très facile à utiliser, j'ai pu créer mon sondage post-achat sur mon site e-commerce en quelques clics. Je peux suivre en temps réels les réponses et mettre à jour mon sondage facilement. J'ai même bénéficié de l'aide d'une conseillère (Avery) via le chat box sur shopify qui m'a merveilleusement accompagné pour la mise en place de mon sondage sur mon site. Super, je recommande !

Great app so far, really quick and easy to learn. Nothing terribly complex. Haven't run into a big issue or anything, but if I do, then I'll be fine because Penelope from the support team was fantastic. Quick, and Efficient. Thank you so much for the support. Update: There were a few settings that you cannot change yourself and must contact the support team. However, once again Penelope from the support team responded very quickly and promptly got everything sorted. Fantastic support team!

Incredibly simple application. Needed some help to get logos set properly, but support (Judy) was superb. Doesn't give detail on what customers responded so not helpful for direct satisfaction improvement, but for quick stuff it is really solid.

Highly recommended! The SEA Customer Survey App is exactly what we were looking for. After trying many post-purchase survey apps, most of which were overly complex with unnecessary features and recurring fees, this app was a refreshing find. It offers all the essential functions we need in a clear, intuitive, and well-integrated interface — and it's completely free. Most importantly, the support team is outstanding. We have just downloaded the app and it works great, it does everything we needed, its simple and easy to navigate. I contacted support to see if they could edit some code to make it more personalized for our branding. I was able to talk to someone immediately on the online chat, Lydia was more than helpful. I would defiantly recommend the SEA survey app.
