The app works well. Can slow the customer experience a little due to the volume of products we offer the subscription on. Features could be better. We offer discounts depending on how often someone gets a product and when another product is added to the plan, it puts it at full price and doesn't respect the frequency. Many of our customers struggle to manage the plans themselves as products don't add when they do it so there's a lot of manual customer service tickets.
