Very poor support. The app’s functionality can break at any time, and there’s no one from their team available to address the issue.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the app. I have checked our support system but I can't see any ticket opened by you in the recent days. Can I ask you to send us an email to [email protected] so we can help you out?
