This app is way to difficult to migrate from Recharge. The amount of time it takes to update each customer profile in a excel sheet is really frustrating and support takes too long to respond and doesn't send detailed information to resolve the issues. You need to make video tutorials showing how to migrate from platforms.

We'd like to clarify that migrating from Recharge should not require editing customer CSV files, as long as you’re using Shopify Payments or Stripe to charge customers. In these cases, our app can securely retrieve all the necessary billing data directly through the API, eliminating the need for manual updates. We have reached out to you directly and would be happy to assist you personally by completing the migration together over a video call and making the process as smooth as possible.
