10/10 the support response and app functionality. We use it in all our 7 stores and 100% recommend it. BE AWARE! It's not just for sorting collections. It also helps to create collections with exclusions that are not possible with the native Shopify functionalities. For example, creating a collection that excludes a specific tag; based on the discount percentage of the products; or adding several different conditions in the same collection, like only discounted products from a specific category. That's not possible with native Shopify (unless you start playing with tags, which over time, takes too long and is not productive, specially with special events when discounts are on/off)

Then powerful tools to keep our collection pages looking fresh by sorting how our many products are displayed. I’ve tested a lot of merchandising tools. ST: Product & Collection Sort is the one that moved the needle. You can create different sort rules for each collection and align them to real goals: push high-converting SKUs, prioritise new arrivals, surface new arrivals, or optimise for margin. The Google Analytics integration is the kicker, it uses your actual performance data to sort products so shoppers see winners first. Setup is quick, strategies are easy to switch, and the impact on CTR and add-to-cart was noticeable. Fantastic team support. Automation changed my entire merchandising game! We manage an extensive catalogue with frequently changing collections, and this app is a total lifesaver. The ability to automate collection sorting based on revenue, inventory, and new launches means I spend far less time manually rearranging products. I love the drag-and-drop interface for pinning featured items, and being able to set rules that push sold-out items to the bottom keeps our store looking fresh without any manual effort. The multi- segment sorting feature is handy for campaigns where I want new arrivals, daily deals, and discounted products to be grouped and sorted separately. Searchtap is an excellent solution for sorting products within Shopify collections. It provides a wide range of flexible options to implement custom logic based on metafields, performance metrics or tags. We've tested several alternatives, but none offer the same level of precision and customization as Searchtap. Therefore, we are very happy with the tool and can highly recommend it.
