Qe: Seasonal Effects & Decor

The reviews are overwhelmingly positive about the app’s support and service. Users praise the team for being proactive, responsive, and willing to help with installation and theme compatibility issues, even offering to install the app for them or make adjustments to fit the store’s design. The app itself appears to be useful for adding seasonal or decorative elements to a storefront, and the support experience is a major strength highlighted by both reviewers. The main negative aspect mentioned is technical friction during setup, especially compatibility issues with existing themes. However, these problems were not seen as deal-breakers because the support team quickly stepped in to resolve them. Overall, the reviews suggest that while the app may require some assistance to work smoothly in certain themes, the quality of customer support makes the experience very positive.
