EDASI review for Section Store: Theme Sections

My friend PLEASE do not send emails saying "We aim to provide a follow-up within 24 hours for all tickets. Our support team is available every weekday, with limited hours on weekdays" Because over the past week, I sent 2 emails, one was about 5 days ago. I would be happy to adjust my review, I just dont like being mislead. Just say: "We do not respond to support tickets" and at least that would be genuine.
