Some of the sections don't work, and no easy way to get a refund.

Excellent support! I contacted the team about a size guide layout issue on my Shopify store, and they responded quickly and made code adjustments to improve it. They patiently worked through my follow-up feedback on both desktop and mobile until the issue was resolved. The size guide is now much easier to use. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help. Thank you!

A lot of options even on the basic plan. Very happy how it integrates with my website, has really helped by conversion rate and customer experience. I've had Cindy help me with multiple questions and she has been nothing but incredibly helpful and professional!

Great sections and customer service. I accidentally purchased the wrong section and it was extremely easy to change it - done within 20 minutes of requesting support. I also struggled to embed one section to my theme and again received information on how to do this within 20 minutes and was able to easily complete the task on my own. Support to install the section was offered if I couldn't do it, but I didn't require this.

Amazing app. Loads of sections included in the paid plan and makes making the website better 10x easier. Support responds fast and solves the problem quickly. Worth the price, 100%.

Section Store is great! It makes designing our website easy and making quick upgrades like a cart drawer seamless. I needed support from the team to adjust something and they were quick and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Easy to use. Fast customer service. Some things still in development, but I guess it's only getting better.
