Pandora Store review for Section Store: Theme Sections

I just install section store because want to try to put review in my store. but everytime i try to put the review its always gone. i even watch the tutorial on how to use it and how to put in product. I try again for the second day and it still doesnt work. Is there any way to refund my money? I pay USD9 for it. if cannot refund try make it right. Please!! Updated: I was impress by how fast the customer service respond to me and they guide me how to solve this problem on the spot. Sorry for the 1 star review and for that i change it to 5 stars.
