HolyH2O review for Section Store: Theme Sections

The app itself is brilliant and we love using it for our store. However, the support side of things has been a bit of a struggle and pretty frustrating to deal with. We had an issue where settings changed automatically overnight, and despite providing screenshots and collaborator access, we kept getting asked for a video recording of the "glitch" actually happening - which is impossible to provide for an intermittent, overnight change. It felt like we were going around in circles a bit. Love the product, but the support experience could definitely be a lot smoother.
